Indications for use in horses
- Ideal for rubbing caused by the saddle, girth, or splint boots, or after prolonged contact with sweat and dust.
- Helps the skin recover its elasticity and firmness.
- Keeps the skin clean and dry, reducing the risk of irritation.
- Supports even hair regrowth after minor superficial trauma.
Components and Actions
100% Natural Mineral Clay
Rich in silica, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium, sodium, and titanium.
Absorbent, remineralizing, and soothing action. Creates a breathable barrier that protects the tissues and supports physiological recovery.
Activated Charcoal
High adsorption capacity for impurities, toxins, and skin residues. Helps keep the surface clean and balanced.
Reduces excess moisture and helps preserve skin integrity.
Natural Trace Minerals
Support the processes of skin renewal and balance.
Mechanism of Action
The clay forms a natural protective film that isolates the area from external agents, maintaining a clean and dry microenvironment.
Minerals are gradually released, supporting the physiological regeneration of the skin.
The activated charcoal, thanks to its microporous structure, absorbs impurities and residues, helping to keep the skin fresh and dry.
Combined Action and Main Benefits
Application Instructions
Apply after work or washing, when the hoof is clean and slightly damp.
In humid or muddy conditions, use 3–4 times per week to maintain protection.
In summer or dry conditions, 1–2 applications per week help preserve the hoof’s natural elasticity.
Store in a cool place and reseal the container after use to prevent drying.
Can also be applied to small cracks or sensitive areas of the hoof.
Thoroughly clean the sole and frog from dirt and debris.
Using your hands, take a sufficient amount of product.
Apply evenly to the underside of the hoof, covering the sole and frog.
Let dry for approximately 5 minutes so the clay begins to set and form a protective film.
Allow to dry naturally.
- Purifying and Protective: helps keep the skin clean and shielded.

- Supports Hair Regrowth: aids in the natural and gradual restoration of the coat.
"A simple yet powerful gesture."
There is a moment, after exertion or a small irritation, when a horse’s skin asks for silence, relief, and protection.
This is when the oldest and most natural force comes into play: clay, rich in minerals, and vegetal charcoal, pure and porous like the earth from which it comes.
Applied to the skin, this dense, living paste molds to the horse’s body like a second skin.
It absorbs what disturbs, releases what nourishes, and forms a protective film that breathes with him, accompanying every stage of the natural skin rebalancing process.
Each mineral works in harmony with the body, every grain of clay becomes part of the process: it absorbs moisture, purifies, protects.
Meanwhile, the activated charcoal silently cleanses, freeing the skin from impurities and micro-residues. The result is skin that is cleaner, drier, ready to regenerate, and prepared for hair regrowth.
It is a simple gesture, yet a powerful one.
A way to give the horse back what nature has always offered: balance, comfort, and well-being, expressed in the authentic language of the earth.
Application Methods
Cleaning: Gently clean the affected area with water, removing dirt or debris. Do not use disinfectants or harsh detergents.
Application: Apply Fiaccatura in a uniform layer of 3–5 mm directly onto the skin or on hairless areas. Lightly massage against the hair to improve adhesion to the skin.
Natural Drying: Allow to dry naturally in the air. During this phase, the clay releases beneficial minerals while the activated charcoal absorbs impurities and keeps the skin dry.
Prolonged Protection: Once dry, the clay forms a breathable protective film that continues to act for hours afterward.
The product can remain in place until fully dried naturally: it will act as a physical protective barrier and support the natural skin rebalancing process and hair regrowth.
Reapplication: Once the clay film is completely dry and begins to naturally detach, residues can be removed with water, and a new application can be applied as needed.
Do Not Cover: Do not cover with bandages or fabrics; Fiaccatura’s effectiveness depends on air contact and gradual drying.
